Role overview
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Internal Sales Administrator to support our busy sales team and help deliver exceptional service to our customers.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and takes pride in attention to detail. Previous experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role is beneficial, but full training will be provided.
Key responsibilities
- Manage, file and maintain all internal sales documentation.
- Matching up order documentation with delivery notes to ensure a fully traceable paper trail for audit compliance.
- Conduct contract review of sales orders to ensure accuracy of processing.
- Process customer stock orders ensuring price lists and pack quantities are followed and accurate.
- Input daily sales figures on the company shared database to track sales intake performance.
- Adhere to a high level of company standards including customer service.
- Interpret information to prioritise tasks in line with business needs.
- Help set up boardroom in preparation for external visits and site meetings.
- Support in preparation of external customer visits and meetings.
Experience & Skills Required

- Excellent organisational skills
- Confident communication skills
- Able to prioritise tasks within a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook)
